Darand Williams
Born to be an entrepreneur, Darand’s 30 + years of experience in construction and development is extensive. Working with corporate giants such as Walt Disney World, Marriott, and Embassy Suites to single owners. His get-it-done, driven style creates success.
From land clearing, civil engineering, permitting to final construction his talents and experience bring together all aspects of development. Darand's hands-on style continually enhances the value of each asset. His methods have allowed Exchange Place to calculate the ongoing, ever-changing needs of each asset and future opportunities.
Sharon Williams
Straight out of college Sharon began her career as a Jr. Account Executive for an ad agency. Over the years she has held many titles from account executive, human resource coordinator, and business owner.
As a serial entrepreneur, her entrepreneurial spirit shows up in everything she does. As the business development half of Exchange Place, Sharon brings her passion for creating the vision, creative ROI ideas, leasing, and communications to her role.
